Love the chair! Still learning different functions. Instruction book could have better lay out explaining function buttons. Chair should go back to stop position after program. Air pressure should be easily adjustable. Overall great Chair!

Great massage chair, highly recommend. Enjoy it almost daily. Remote is a bit clunky in size but very intuitive and flexible in adding time (or reducing time), modifying massage patterns, adding or lessening intensity on feet or arms, etc. I ended up making a support that clamps to a table to hold the remote facing me so I can modify the action during a massage episode but was my preference, not a chair demerit. Johnson is a great company and you do buy with confidence with them as their are reputable.

This chair looks and feels great. The quality is obvious. The foot rollers are amazing. This chair holds 297lbs and is wider than my Synca Kagra that costs twice as much. The heater is somewhat lacking. Overall extremely impressive! I can tell the way the remote is stored in the holder it puts a lot of stress on the cord so I plan to buy a spare remote before it's discontinued.

Easy to install if you can handle the delivery yourself. Immediately very user friendly programs. Read manual finally (thank you for providing a manual.) Will check out the manual adjustment features next. Having manual controls was very important to me, so I am hopeful my expectations aren't off. It reads like I will enjoy those controls too! Not at all complicated overall, simple to use, and very effective massage compared to our previous massage chair 12 years old.

It’s ok - not as amazing as some of the reviews indicate it to be but it’s decent. What you can expect at the entry-level tier for massage chairs. The instructions took a bit of tinkering to figure out. The legs do extend for taller people but it pushes your legs back up so if you want to keep the length, you have to constantly push your body down. The lumbar heat is barely noticeable. Foot rollers hurt. And the machine shuts off by itself after the preselected cycle. But it doesn’t reset the position. So if you’re in zero gravity, the chair shuts down in zero gravity position. To get off, you have to turn it back on, manually reset to normal sitting position. Then turn it off again. I don’t know the reason it was programmed this way but it was a dumb oversight to not give us an option to set this setting on/off - to reset to standard sitting position before automatically shutting down. The pre-programmed options are nice. I wish you could recreate some of the parts of the preprogram when manually programming what you want it to do. Don’t bother paying $100 for set up. To set up, you attach the leg part using two screws. Then you plug it in. There were no instructions on how to set up but if you look for the two screws to unscrew for the leg part and screw back on to secure the leg part, then you’ll be fine. It was nicely packaged and shipped with no issues. It’s a good chair but there are better options within the same price point.

For someone who uses physical therapy the last 7 years, this chair does it all, neck, back, legs, feet, hands, arms, shoulder in 20 min, using it 2-3 times a day, very relaxing, refreshing. Can't say enough, so glad own one. Strongly recommend everyone at least give it try, it worthwhile. Also excellent customer service fast and helpful.

If you are looking to purchase an amazing massage chair at the right price, then Jin 2.0 should be your selection. It is awesome. My family members argue who gets to use the chair the most. 6 auto programs: however you can customize a massage to fit your personal desires. The 6 programed massages provide great, ready to go options. There are air cushions for your cafes, arms and shoulders and the remote offers a button where the power level can be adjusted down to your comfort level. Zero gravity position available and in addition you can adjust to almost any degree for your body and also adjustments for your legs. The Bluetooth is excellent. There is a similar unit on the market that does not offer Bluetooth. If your object is to find just a cushy recliner, this massage chair is not it. It took me a number of massages to understand the various options available for the chair. Sometimes I create my own personal combinations. Unless you want to spend at least twice the money for higher end massage chair, the Jin 2.0 is the right one for an incredible massage chair at the right price.
